  • 8 oz tender beef (1/2“ pieces)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 pack Chapagetti
  • 1 pack Neoguri


  • Prep: 5 min
  • Cook: 10 min
  • Serves: 2


  1. Start boiling 4 cups of water in a medium size pot
  2. When water boils, add noodles and vegetable mix from packets and boil for 3 minutes
  3. Heat wok with oil, add meat and garlic, cook until slightly less than desired doneness
  4. Strain noodles and transfer to pan with steak while reserving 1 cup of the water
  5. Pour water over the noodles and steak
  6. Turn heat to medium, add Chapagetti and Neoguri sauces to taste
  7. Stir well until sauce is evenly distributed and slightly thickens (~1 min)
  8. Turn off heat and stir in oil from Chapagetti
  9. Serve with kimchi
