Liquid Dish Soap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp washing soda
  • 1/4 cup vegetable glycerine
  • 1 1/2 tsp xantham gum
  • 1/2 cup liquid Castile soap
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 10 drops essential oil

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan bring water to boil, then reduce heat to simmer
  2. Add washing soda and whisk until dissolved
  3. In a separate bowl combine xantham gum and vegetable glycerine and whisk until dissolved
  4. Add liquid Castile soap to the glycerine mixture and whisk again
  5. Pour into washing soda water and whisk until thoroughly combined
  6. Remove from heat, and let cool
  7. add essential oil, and pour into soap bottle
  8. Use to wash dishes as normal
